“This tree and me, we’re made of the same stuff.”
- Carl Sagan
I grew up in the forest, surrounded by towering trees, quiet trails, and the steady rhythm of nature. That environment shaped not only how I see the world, but how I work—patiently, thoughtfully, and with a deep respect for the materials around me.
Today, I handcraft wooden kitchenware using locally sourced trees, giving new life to the very landscapes that inspired me growing up. Each piece is carefully shaped by hand, allowing the natural grain, texture, and character of the wood to guide the process. No two items are exactly alike, and that’s exactly the point.
My work is rooted in simplicity, function, and connection—to the forest, to the craft, and to the homes where these pieces are used every day. I believe the things we use most should feel meaningful, and I’m proud to create kitchenware that’s made to last, to be shared, and to tell its own quiet story over time.
